We stayed at this amazing hotel for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, making it super convenient to explore all the attractions nearby. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests we had. The room we stayed in was stunning, with separate tea room, closet, and sleeping room. It truly felt like a home away from home.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Located only a short distance from Kusatsu downtown, Kusatsu Now Resort Hotel is conveniently situated near the bus terminal and within easy reach of the slopes. Guests can easily access the hotel from the Karuizawa JR station by taking a bus that drops them right at the hotel's front door. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The onsen facilities are excellent, providing a relaxing experience. The hotel also offers a variety of facilities, including a swimming pool, games arcade, and table tennis table, making it perfect for families.

The hotel could improve on the musty smell in some of the rooms.

During our New Year stay at this hotel, we really enjoyed the wide range of activities offered, including the ice skating rink and the onsen. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to nearby hiking trails. the buffet-style meals were varied and delicious with many vegetarian options available.

The beds were uncomfortable and the bathrooms were small and cramped. the staff struggled with accommodating non-Japanese speaking guests, making communication difficult.
