We had an absolutely amazing experience at this luxurious hotel by the lake. The location is breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The room was huge and had all the amenities we could ask for, from comfortable beds to a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We also loved the fact that there were a variety of leisure activities available, such as table tennis, billiard tables, and even cycling and canoeing. The on-site spa and wellness center provided the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. Free Wi-Fi in public areas was a great convenience.

This venue is highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Well-trained staff, professional and polite. Expensive buffet but good quality. Onsen with large outdoor section. No billing issues. Beautiful lakeside location. Rooms with lake views. Indoor and outdoor baths in onsen. Good dinner buffet with interesting dishes. Adequate and large rooms. Nearby public rotenburo and forest walking path. Luxurious bathroom. Nice dining room with views. Few hotels in the area. Decent-sized and quality room. Breakfast buffet with Japanese and Western options.

The room had a great view and was comfortable. the breakfast was quite good, with a decent selection of options. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

The negatives outweighed the positives. the staff was not very friendly or welcoming, and we felt like just another number.
