We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in downtown and opposite a convenience store. It was in a good area at Union Square, with Saks fifth Avenue nearby and a billboard sign on the next building. The staff was amazingly nice and helpful. The whole hotel was clean and the facilities were great. We also loved the complimentary breakfast and the fresh fruit, cookies, and coffee available in the lobby. Transportation was easy with the Powell St. Cable-Car line right outside.

The rooms are comfortable with very comfy beds, just perfect for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Plus, the complimentary tea, coffee and cookies add a nice touch to the stay.
