The staff were super kind and helpful, and the rooms were spacious enough for our group. We loved the variety of private bath options, both indoors and outdoors, and enjoyed the free popsicles and yakult after our soak. the location right in front of the train station was fantastic, and the food was delicious. Overall, a relaxing and unforgettable experience!

It would be great if the staff could assist more with making local reservations for non-Japanese speakers. the system for waiting for the private baths could be a bit confusing, as people were waiting in different areas.

Kadensho, Arashiyama Onsen, Kyoto - Kyoritsu Resort is a hidden gem with luxurious amenities, such as free Matcha/coffee stations and various complimentary treats like ice cream, yakult. the private onsens are magnificent, showcasing unique designs, and the tatami flooring throughout the resort adds to the authentic Japanese experience. the breakfast spread is excellent, and the free Ramen supper is a delightful bonus. the variety of yukata options and heated lift floors enhance the overall stay.

Additionally, the convenient location right by the metro station made exploring the area a breeze. the authentic ryokan style combined with impeccable service truly made my stay memorable. This hotel offers a luxurious experience with private onsen options that come for free. Breakfast has a good variety of Japanese and western options. the yukata is also provided with a choice.

The room is on the smaller side, even with a private onsen. the hotel was understaffed during our visit which led to a stressed dining experience, where the staff was rushing to serve, and clear plates in a short amount of time.

I had a great ryokan hotel experience at Kadensho, Arashiyama Onsen. The traditional ryokan stay with modern facilities was fantastic. The private baths were relaxing, and the yukata provided added to the authentic experience. The location, right opposite Arashiyama Hankyu station, made exploring the area easy. I highly recommend this hotel.
