We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful hotel and well-equipped room. The staff at Brighton were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. While the location was not the best, there were always plenty of taxis available for our convenience. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Xmas doesn't get any better than this! Two things I loved about my hotel were the spacious rooms with top-notch amenities and the helpfulness of staff. It was in a key location, perfect for visiting palace parks. I also enjoyed the complimentary hotel shuttle service, which was very punctual.

There were some downsides. The lounge area was not free, and the hotel's restaurant was quite expensive.

Excellent service, especially from concierge Kumiko Sakai who helped us retrieve lost bag pack. Spacious room with great amenities and option for room upgrade. Convenient shuttle service to downtown. a perfect example of Japanese hospitality.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional. We were impressed with the impeccable service, and we enjoyed the massage and private facilities available. The restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a delicious variety of food and drink options. The location, while not in the center of the city, provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for escaping the busy city life.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a swimming pool, which could have added to the luxurious experience. However, the room's exclusive advantages, including its beautiful decor and spaciousness, more than made up for this small downside.

I recently stayed at an amazing hotel in Kyoto called Brighton. The room was the largest and most spacious we had during our two weeks in Japan. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more pleasant. The location was in a quieter area but still close to everything, which was perfect for us. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a champagne bar with delicious cakes. Everything was very clean, and the separate shower room, bathtub, and toilet in the bathroom were a great touch. I loved our stay at Brighton Hotel, and it was especially enjoyable for my family, including my two children aged 9 and 12.
