As a traveller staying in Kyoto for two weeks, I couldn't have asked for a better place than Ina House. The newly-furnished room had a modern design and was impeccably tidy. The small kitchen was a great addition, allowing me to cook my own meals. The bathroom with its heater was a lifesaver during the winter. The self-checkin/out service was extremely flexible, and the common area in the reception was a nice touch. The three parking slots were a bonus. a fantastic find for the cost.

The apartment was well-decorated and sparkling clean. We appreciated the translation posters that were placed in easy-to-see locations. It made understanding the use of amenities such as the washing machine much easier. the apartment was also in a great location, with easy access to public transport and convenience stores.

We found the space to be cramped and lacking in ventilation, which made it uncomfortable to spend time in the apartment. the washing machine was also quite unstable and fell over during use, which was concerning.

This hotel has superb value for money. The rooms are not only cosy and tidy, but also newly-furnished with modern and trendy design. The location is fantastic, being very close to the bus station and within walking distance to many shrines and temples.
