Warm jacuzzi, nice pools. Perfectly situated.

The apartments are clean and well maintained, with friendly staff and visible security. There is quick service at reception and a perfect location right at the beach, with easy access to the center. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, and the hotel itself has amazing pools and a kids area.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to everything. It is right on the beachfront, so you can easily enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice balconies to relax on. The service is reliable and the staff is helpful. The breakfast is delicious with a good variety of options. There are also great facilities, like huge pools and a nice kids pool.

The rooms can get a bit stuffy at times because there is no air conditioning.

We recently stayed at Parque Santiago III for a short vacation. The studio we had was beautifully renovated and had a modern feel to it. The kitchen was well-equipped, with a fast-heating stove and a surprisingly spacious fridge. The cleanliness of the room and the nice shower were definite highlights. The street view from our balcony allowed us to enjoy the music and singing from the nearby bars, especially Trevor Martin's entertaining performances at the bar across the hotel. The large swimming pool and abundance of sunbeds were perfect for relaxing. The hotel's location was ideal, with the beach just steps away and various shops and restaurants within a short walking distance.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the hotel's location. It was conveniently located close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. We also appreciated the modern and comfortable rooms, which were cleaned daily by the friendly and attentive staff. the hotel had a beautiful garden with lush greenery, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

One aspect that we did not enjoy during our stay was the intermittent and unreliable internet connection in our room. Despite bringing this issue up with the reception staff on two occasions, it was not resolved.

We had an incredible holiday at Parque Santiago III Official! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. We loved being able to walk to the ocean and enjoy the beautiful terraces on the cliff. The resort itself was stunning, with lush tropical spaces, swimming pools, and whirlpools. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and it was cleaned every day. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. we highly recommend this hotel for a perfect holiday experience.

One drawback was the noise in the morning from deliveries and the lack of soundproofing in the apartment. Additionally, some of the bar and restaurant staff were not very efficient and seemed to prioritize less important tasks.

We, as trekkers and a group of friends, loved the excellent location near shops, restaurants, and the beach. The pool and surrounding gardens were ideal for families and couples, with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The daily cleaning of the apartments was excellent, with very friendly staff. The central location of the bar and pool area was lovely.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our holiday. It was right in the middle of everything, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and live music venues. We loved being able to stroll along the promenade and enjoy the ocean views from the terraces on the cliff. the pool area was also fantastic, with a waterpark for the kids and a gym for the adults. It was so convenient to have everything we needed right at our fingertips.

One thing that bothered us during our stay was the noise from nearby construction. the early morning noise woke us up earlier than we would have liked, and we had hoped to sleep in a bit during our vacation.

The complex's classical Spanish architecture was tasteful and charming. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to the beach, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and I enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden area while sipping on a drink in the evening.
