stayed at a fabulous hotel in kyoto, loved the stylish japanese-western design and huge bath, staff were amazing and beds were so comfy!

lights in the room were too bright

I had one of the best stays ever! The hotel is located in a charming alley, close to Nishiki market and shopping area. The location is perfect, being close to downtown but still in a quiet area. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included in my stay.

Everything was great, no negatives to mention.

The hotel staff were amazing! They offered great recommendations, booked reservations for us, and were always available to help. the hotel is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and transportation. the room was spacious and had great bathroom facilities.

One minor issue was that the in-room corridor light had an auto sensor, which may disturb light sleepers. leaving the key at the front desk was inconvenient at first, but it actually turned out to be helpful in not having to worry about losing it.

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. the service was impeccable and ensured our every need was met. the luxurious amenities in our room were exclusive and exceeded our expectations. the private facilities were spotless and perfect for a relaxing stay. the hotel's location advantages made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions.

Although it was a minor issue, the noise created by other guests running taps disturbed our sleep a couple of times. the hotel needs to look into this matter.

Exceptional staff, outstanding hospitality, comfortable beds and pillows, fantastic bathroom facilities, excellent security, great location.
