Helpful staff, convenient location, easy check-in/out. Room exceeded expectations, ample parking, attractive nighttime view. No hidden charges, new experience. Excellent cleanliness, functional amenities, unique bathroom design. Efficient air-con and WiFi. Easy to find, nearby 24hr Indian mamak shop and McDonald's. Will return.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, very clean. Good local food nearby. Convenient and quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff. Sutera Mall and petrol station nearby. Simple but delicious snacks provided. Close to Johor Premium Outlet.

We stayed here during Easter holidays and the rates were affordable. the hotel provided us with complimentary breakfast and a shuttle service to the city center. the location was great, near the highway exit, and we easily accessed the tourist attractions nearby.

The noise levels were unbearable. the loud music from the nightclub next door kept us up all night, and we couldn't change our room as the hotel was fully booked.

I had a pleasant stay at Leverage Business Hotel. The room was clean and soundproof, which made for a comfortable night's sleep. I particularly liked the ceiling shower with excellent water pressure. The bed was also very comfortable, with two pillows provided for extra comfort. Plus, the online room price was definitely value for money. The location was great, with easy parking for guests who drove. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
