I recently stayed at this hotel in downtown Kyoto for a few days. The location was perfect, right across from the main train station. It was convenient to access restaurants, shopping, and even the nearby Tower with a discounted coupon. The room, although small, was adequate and comfortable. The staff at the reception desk were friendly, helpful, and spoke English.

The hotel's location is superb, right across from Kyoto station. Transportation is convenient with lots of taxis and buses connecting to major sights. The hotel is also close to a department store, tourist information, and many nice eating places. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing immediate assistance when needed, such as bringing a map to a nearby clinic or bringing a requested item to the room quickly. The cleanliness of the rooms and the new and clean bathroom are also worth mentioning.

I recently stayed at a luxurious and comfortable hotel near a train station. The location was fantastic, right across from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist me. The hotel had a variety of fantastic amenities, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area, where I enjoyed delicious meals and relaxing drinks. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I had a great stay at this place and would highly recommend it.

Felt very homey, no reason to complain.

Located just in front of Kyoto station, this hotel offers a convenient location for sightseeing and shopping. The rooms, although a bit dated, are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. Guests are given complimentary passes to the observatory tower, providing a great start to exploring Kyoto. The buffet breakfast offers plenty of choices, and there is a food court and department store on-site. The check-in process is efficient, and the staff is courteous.

The rooms may be small, especially for those with large suitcases, and the bathrooms are compact.

the proximity to the station was so convenient for exploring Kyoto. the room was spacious, which was a relief for my pregnant wife. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and we appreciated their honesty. the buffet had a great selection, including delicious crab, and the all-you-can-drink beverages were a great deal. the bath house provided a unique experience, although it's worth noting that bathing suits are not allowed. the bar had a stunning view, and the bed was firm yet comfortable. We loved having the light control right by the bed after a long day of sightseeing!

Best aspects of our stay were the convenient location right across from the train station, giving us easy access to transportation options throughout Kyoto. Additionally, we were pleased to receive a free ticket to the observation deck, where we enjoyed stunning views of the city. Moreover, the staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Worst aspects of our stay included the small room size, which made it difficult to move around and limited our comfort. Furthermore, the bed was not up to standard, with malfunctioning springs that made loud noises whenever we moved.
