One of the highlights of my stay was the warm and accommodating service provided, especially toward my baby. The hotel went above and beyond to ensure our baby's comfort, even providing a cute little bed at the breakfast table. The fairy lights and Christmas decorations added a touch of magic to the property. Additionally, the hotel's tranquil surroundings, nestled among trees, created a serene atmosphere. The 2 bedroom royal suite was spacious and came with a small sauna room and a terrace, offering a wonderful view. The included dinner was exceptional and truly deserving of a 5-star rating.

The hotel is perfectly located near the popular Ginza shopping street, making it convenient to explore the local area. The staff were friendly and professional, and one of them spoke excellent English. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a classic design. The hotel also had a beautiful garden and a nice chapel.

The room was quite small, even by Japanese standards, and the heating made the air very dry, affecting our sleep.

The room was extremely small and even for Japanese standard, it was too tiny. It was also very dry and uncomfortable to sleep in because of the heating.
