I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The building itself was stunning, with a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. The staff were always available and spoke excellent English, making communication a breeze. The food was absolutely delicious and there was plenty of it, ensuring that I never went hungry. I was also impressed with the email communication prior to my arrival, as they made sure to reserve dinner and places on the shuttle for me.

I highly recommend this hotel to my family for their next vacation.

the room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. I especially enjoyed the free orange drinks in the fridge and the delicious sweets provided. the coffee maker allowed me to grind my own fresh coffee, which was a great touch. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was definitely worth having.

The best thing about this hotel was the amazing views of Mt. Fuji that we were able to enjoy from our large and spacious room. the bath was particularly great, offering a relaxing experience while taking in the picturesque surroundings. we appreciated the coffee and tea set offered in the room, as well as the variety of choices at breakfast.

First, the location of the hotel felt isolated and far from any amenities or attractions. We also found it difficult to communicate with the staff since very little information was provided in English, including the instructions for the heating system.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at La Vista! The attention to detail and friendly service from the staff were remarkable. The highlight was definitely the bathtub on the balcony with a breathtaking view of Fuji. We enjoyed the provided bath salts for an extra touch of relaxation. The breakfast was also great, although it does finish at 9am, which some may find a bit early. the facilities and service were top-notch, making our stay truly enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the staff at every outlet were incredibly nice and helpful, despite their limited English skills. We felt warmly welcomed throughout our stay. My wife and I both enjoyed the combo massage for the body and face, which was truly relaxing. the room was spacious and had great local amenities, with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. It was the perfect setting for our honeymoon, and we highly recommend it to others. Arigato Gozaimasu!

The bathtub on the veranda was a brilliant idea! I loved soaking in it while enjoying the amazing view of Mt. Fuji. The hotel was also very clean and had a great location.

Although the earliest shuttle service didn't fit our schedule, the hotel's cleanliness and the bathtub on the veranda more than made up for it. The view of Mt. Fuji was as breathtaking as they claimed, and I enjoyed every minute of my stay.
