I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, with several supermarkets nearby and even the American Consulate within close proximity. The room had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, offering room service and even car hire and dry cleaning services. I felt well taken care of and comfortable throughout my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was easy to find and had garage parking, which was convenient. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean.

The breakfast options were not great, especially in terms of fresh fruit. Additionally, the bar was not open until 6pm and closed on Sundays, limiting our options for evening drinks and socializing.

This made it really convenient for me to run errands and explore the area. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped with amenities like an ironing board, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, as it allowed me to stay connected and get some work done. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The highlight for me was the indoor swimming pool and spa center, where I could relax and unwind after a long day.

Despite some minor issues like a broken ice machine and vending machine, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They even provided me with ice upon request.

The hotel's underground parking was convenient, and the location in an excellent safe area of the city made us feel secure. We were close to several supermarkets and the American consulate.

The location of Best Western Plus was fantastic, with great views of the city. The room was clean and the garage parking was convenient. The staff were nice and accommodating. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the breakfast not being great and some amenities not being available, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The staff at Best Western Plus was incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I discovered that the ice machine and vending machine on the 4th floor were not working, the staff went out of their way to get me some ice. I was impressed by their quick response and willingness to make my stay enjoyable. The room itself was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked bathroom. The television had a good selection of channels in English and Spanish, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with nearby restaurants and a pharmacy. I had a wonderful experience at Best Western Plus and would definitely book again when I visit Nuevo Laredo. Thank you to the staff for making my stay so enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. It was perfect for our VISA renewal process, as it is just a few minutes' walk from the US Consulate. The rooms were nice and big, and very clean. The hotel provided excellent services, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and bell staff/porter. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the rooms tidy. The room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities, were very convenient. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus too. the staff were knowledgeable of the area and were very polite.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
