Spacious and comfortable room with tatami floor and futon. Fantastic combination of Japanese and Western breakfast. Convenient location for cable car and ropeway rides. Friendly and helpful staff.

Located near the Gora station, this hotel is easily accessible by the next passing train. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is delicious, and the onsen is a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel also offers private onsens and guidance on how to use them.

The service could be better, especially with language barriers, and some staff members could be more attentive to guests.

I had an incredible stay at this venue! Located high up in the mountains, it boasts amazing scenic views and is a great place to relax and unwind. The staff served me a delicious welcome drink upon arrival, and were extremely accommodating throughout my stay. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including heating, air conditioning, and an in-room safe. The hot springs bath was a particular highlight, with both an open-air bath and an indoor bath, perfect for soaking and relaxing. The breakfast spread was also fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Hakone. Our Japanese-style room was spacious and clean, able to accommodate our large family comfortably. the hotel had both public and private baths, and we particularly enjoyed the personal open-air bath on our balcony with breathtaking views. the included breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious traditional Japanese dishes. the staff were accommodating and the hotel even provided traditional yukatas and obis for a true onsen experience.
