My wife and I recently enjoyed a delightful two-night stay at this historic inn. the room was beautifully remodeled, with a comfortable king-sized bed and a luxurious shower. the staff went above and beyond to provide us with local dining and sightseeing recommendations. We appreciated the complimentary drink and attraction discount tickets. the location was convenient yet peaceful, allowing for a restful night's sleep. the owner and staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel like cherished guests. We will definitely return for another visit.

From the beautiful restoration to the friendly staff, everything was top-notch. the location was perfect, within walking distance of attractions and just close enough to the "action" on Duval while still being peaceful. the complimentary bicycles made exploring the city a breeze, and the morning coffee on the second-floor porch was a delightful way to start the day. the room was clean and updated, and the staff's helpfulness truly made this a standout experience.

At my go, to spot, they guided me around town during my first stay. It's just right with Wi, Fi, free shuttle, massage, and more. Perfect for my city breaks! No smoking policy, AC, and speedy check, in/out make it a breeze.

Our romantic escape was superb! the staff was top-notch, with Jeff offering great coffee and Belinda mixing up the best Bloody Marys. They provided solid restaurant recommendations, including fantastic happy hours. the bikes available made exploring the nearby area a breeze. the location was spot-on, within walking distance of all the exciting bars and restaurants.

The room was a bit too bright at night, but they mentioned they were getting room darkening drapes soon. Other than that small inconvenience, our stay was fantastic.

During our stay at Porch On Frances Inn, my husband and I were warmly welcomed by the host who graciously took our bags to the check-in area. He provided us with detailed information about the local attractions, restaurants, and sightseeing options in Key West. The room itself was absolutely amazing, from the comfortable king-sized bed to the beautiful shower and bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised to find the room well-equipped with special spa shampoos, conditioner, and body wash. The attention to detail and customer service at this historic Inn exceeded our expectations. Moreover, the location was perfect - close enough to the hustle and bustle of Duval Street yet still in a quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch, rocking in one of the chairs, and in the evening, we were offered a lovely cocktail on the Inn's private patio. our experience at Porch On Frances Inn was exceptional, and we would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. First, parking in Key West is always a challenge, but that is not specific to Porch On Frances Inn.
