The room at this resort is incredibly spacious and luxurious, with a private bath and a stunning view of Mount Fuji. The balcony even has a hot tub! The service is exceptional, with staff providing excellent service at the restaurant and shuttle buses conveniently transporting guests around the property. Breakfast offers plenty of delicious options, and the onsen bath is a nice addition.

There are limited vegetarian options for the traditional Japanese kaiseki dinner.

Our thanksgiving stay was a delight! the spacious rooms were incredible, with a curtain separating the living area from the bedroom. the outdoor hot tubs on the balcony offered astonishing mountain views, including Mt. Fuji on a clear day. We loved the shuttle service that helped us navigate this massive resort.

Vegetarian guests won't be able to experience the traditional Japanese seafood Kaiseki dinner. However, the choices at the buffet breakfast were mediocre, comparable to the ones offered at business hotels in Japan.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was absolutely perfect, with a bathtub on the terrace and a breathtaking view of the mountains. The staff at the restaurant and front desk were exceptional and made our trip truly memorable. They went above and beyond to accommodate our vegetarian dietary needs and even surprised us with an extra glass of sparkling wine for a birthday celebration. I highly recommend this place as the location, nature, and people are all top-notch. My expectations were exceeded and I can't wait to come back!

The hotel is quite expensive for what you get, and the town it's located in doesn't offer much. The drive up and down the mountain to the main road can also be a bit challenging.
