We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view of Mount Fuji from our room was breathtaking, and the view of the lake and mountains from the front of the hotel was equally stunning. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the hotel facilities, particularly the onsen area, were top-notch. The hotel offered a free shuttle service from the train station, making transportation convenient. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a perfect view of Mount Fuji. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options, including both Western and Japanese food.

We stayed at Lakeland Hotel Mizunosato for one night and had a wonderful experience. Our traditional Japanese room had a stunning view of the lake and was incredibly spacious. The futons were very comfortable and the shower room was cleverly hidden. The hotel itself was lovely, with a great onsen and Mt. Fuji visible from our room. The dinner was a delightful combination of traditional kaiseki and a delicious buffet, exceeding our expectations. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of Japanese dishes. The pick-up service from Kawaguchiko station was convenient and the staff, despite limited English, were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again if we visit the area.

Stunning view of Mt. Fuji from our room's window and the opportunity to go for a run around the lake. The traditional Japanese spa on the rooftop was a highlight, especially in the darkness when we could gaze at the stars. The room with a bath on the balcony added a romantic touch.

The hotel's facade looked outdated and had lost its charm. Some signs in the room, such as the air conditioning and pool heater, were only in Japanese, without any English translations, causing a bit of confusion.

They even helped us with a vending machine issue and returned our money the next day. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view of Mount Fuji. The private hot spring was a highlight, and the rooftop deck offered breathtaking views. The hotel also accommodated our dietary restrictions, providing a delicious vegan meal. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
