The hotel was conveniently located near major shopping malls and restaurants, with a subway station just minutes away. The apartment itself was spacious and modern, providing a comfortable stay.

The hotel is not easily accessible from the JR Namba station, which could be inconvenient for travelers with heavy luggage. the bins in the room could be larger and the shower curtain had some stains.

I stayed at a hotel in the city center, just across from Nankai Namba Station. The location was excellent, with plenty of nearby attractions and easy access to public transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay, with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. My family and I loved our stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay here! The location of this venue is unbeatable, being right outside the train station, and it was so easy to get around. This place also offered so many amenities, from across the board room facilities and high-quality service, dry cleaning, housekeeping to in-room amenities like sprinklers and in-room safe. We also loved the fact that our room was equipped with a full kitchen and a refrigerator. The staff was attentive and accommodating, and we appreciated the 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk from the bustling Namba station. The proximity to the train station made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city and even travel to Kansai airport. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a great view over the city. The addition of a mini kitchen and in-room washing machine was a definite plus, making our stay even more convenient.

It was a bit disappointing that the bathroom was more of a compact, traditional Japanese style, rather than a modern hotel-style bathroom.

Best location ever! Loved the fact that everything was so close by. The food, shopping, and convenience stores were just a stone's throw away. The train station was also a hop, skip, and jump away. The unit was just like my own home, and I enjoyed that feeling of being in a familiar space. The complementary breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back next year!

Disliked that the cleaning staff didn't clean our room thoroughly, but it wasn't a major issue. The plates and utensils were left unwashed and the towels were not replaced.
