I had the most delightful stay at Liber Hotel At Universal Studios Japan. The aromatherapy massage and reflexology at Glow were absolutely heavenly, and I had the pleasure of being attended to by a soft-spoken masseuse named Yamoto-san. The restaurants on the 1st and 3rd floor served delicious food with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Universal Studios. The facility was sparkling clean and the new SPA was a great addition. Additionally, the hotel offered a laundry room and a nearby convenient store. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and wonderful experience during my stay.

I loved staying at this place. The staff was friendly, assisting me with my luggage and showing me to my room. The convenience of the location was unbeatable - just a short walk or train ride away from Universal Studios Japan. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the bridge and water. The room itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The shower was especially relaxing and rejuvenating. I felt like I got great value for my money, and I would definitely come back again.

I had a fantastic experience staying here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean and comfortable place to stay with excellent service and a great location.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the main attractions. The rooms are spacious, and the view is amazing, especially from the terrace. I enjoyed using the hot bath. The staff were friendly and could speak English, and they offered two free bottles of water daily, which was a nice touch.

The portions were small, the coffee was undrinkable, and the variety of meals could be improved. It's not worth paying for.
