The room was super clean and comfy. Amazing views. It's just a hop away from Universal, so you can see the park from your window. And oh, that onsen? Pure bliss after a hectic day.

But getting out of that huge bed was a challenge! Also, don't expect Olympic-grade sauna vibes. it's more of a splash and dash!

The hotel was perfect for our large family, offering spacious rooms and a clean, cozy atmosphere. The kids loved the digital programming options available for entertainment during our downtime. We also enjoyed the beautiful spa facilities after long days at Universal Studios, which was just a quick trip away.

My wife says that the restaurant could improve its dinner hours for families.

Still, the overall ambiance was welcoming and the location offered a peaceful respite after busy days.

Friendly staff greeted us as we arrived, making a great first impression. The onsen provided a soothing end to our busy days, while the spacious Standard Double Room offered a stunning view of the bay. However, limited late-night dining options left us searching for food after long park visits, and the noise from neighboring rooms was a bit disruptive at times. Breakfast featured delicious fish and chips, a surprising highlight that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The staff was above and beyond. Like, even with language barriers, they were patient and really tried to help us. Also, the shower was a total winner, one of the best we've had in years. And I didn’t know I could get attached to a touch screen on the bed, but turns out, I loved it! It made me feel like I was living in the future.

It wasn’t cheap but you get what you pay for, I guess.
