Great position, right next to the historical wall in the city centre. Found free parking just in front of the door. Comfortable beds, we slept like babies.

The reception is not always opened, so we waited 5-10', but it was no problem. the house has a lot of narrow stairs and no elevator: not a problem for us, but if you have reduced mobility, you might consider a different place to stay.

Great location, close to shops, bars, restaurants, and sights. Friendly staff who handled our situation well and were very apologetic. Will definitely stay here again.

On arrival, there was a mix-up with our room and it was not 100% clean. Maybe a name check should have been done before giving someone the keys.

Excellent location on historic walls with views of cannon, close to attractions like St. Columb's Cathedral and Fitzroy's restaurant. Well-managed vintage B&B with friendly host Kieran. Superb breakfast cooked by a friendly chef, creating a great atmosphere and interactions with other guests. Will definitely return.

The hotel is superbly located right across the street from the City Wall, making it incredibly convenient to explore the town. Additionally, being in the heart of the shopping area and surrounded by bars and restaurants adds to the overall appeal of this hotel. The rooms, complete with comfy beds, have a lovely atmosphere and the fact that they are right on the walls makes it very easy to get around. Lastly, the breakfast, served by an extra friendly chef, offers various options and is included in the price.

All was fine, no improvements necessary.

The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast, particularly the mouthwatering bacon.
