Staying at Luana Shibuya for a week, I found the vibrant neighborhood and nearby amenities perfect. the apartment's cleanliness and well-equipped features, like a firm mattress and security cameras, ensured a comfortable and safe stay. the host's accessibility and clear communication added to the positive experience. Additionally, the convenient location near a subway station made exploring the area easy. Cons: Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. the hotel was spacious and quiet. Another advantage was having access to a washing machine, especially during the Xmas holidays when we needed to do laundry.

The check-in process was confusing and inconvenient. There was no staff available to assist us, and we had to figure out how to get into the building and our room on our own.

Easy check-in on iPad, took 5 mins. Apartment had all we needed: laundry, kitchen, fancy toilet. Comfy bed, plenty of towels, slippers, pjs. Convenient location near bakery, stores, restaurants, and coffee cocktail bar. Direct bus routes to Shibuya, 8 min walk to train. Perfect for our needs.
