The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. , the hotel was spacious and quiet. Another advantage was having access to a washing machine, especially during the Xmas holidays when we needed to do laundry.

The check-in process was confusing and inconvenient. There was no staff available to assist us, and we had to figure out how to get into the building and our room on our own.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had all necessary amenities. The location was perfect for exploring Tokyo and close to popular areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. The instructions for entry were clear and there was someone available for assistance. The inclusion of a washing machine and complimentary pajamas was convenient.

Easy check-in on iPad, took 5 mins. Apartment had all we needed: laundry, kitchen, fancy toilet. Comfy bed, plenty of towels, slippers, pjs. Convenient location near bakery, stores, restaurants, and coffee cocktail bar. Direct bus routes to Shibuya, 8 min walk to train. Perfect for our needs.

The apartment in Luana Shibuya was located in a vibrant neighborhood of Tokyo. It was conveniently close to a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. There were also a large supermarket and a convenient store nearby, fulfilling all my basic needs. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was always accessible and communication was excellent. The presence of security cameras added an extra layer of safety.
