It was conveniently located near popular attractions such as Nijo Castle, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. the hotel was close to both Nijo Station and Omiya Station, making it easily accessible for us to explore Kyoto.

While our stay at this hotel was generally positive, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the noise from the door of our room was quite bothersome, as it would slam shut loudly with any passing wind.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated just next to a market where you can easily have dinner or buy groceries from nearby supermarkets. It is also away from tourist areas, providing a more authentic experience. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, ensuring you have a variety of dining options. The rooms are clean and tidy, with electronic entry for added security.

There was some maintenance going on during our stay, resulting in a few hours without hot water.

We had a wonderful stay at M'S Hotel Sanjo Omiya. The location was perfect, with easy access to Nijo Castle and many great restaurants. The room was clean and slightly larger than other budget hotels. The bed was comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The self-check-in and check-out process was convenient and hassle-free. we would highly recommend this hotel for its affordability, cleanliness, and great location.
