i almost thought about leaving a good review, the lobby was mostly fine but clearly needs renovation, and that wooden furniture looks as old as this hotel. the spa is huge but no swimming pool, ridiculous! and after all that, why didn’t they offer a welcome gift for all the inconvenience? just sad.

My stay was highlighted by breathtaking views of Mount Fuji, especially from the stunning K'shiki restaurant during breakfast. The staff provided impeccable service, creating a welcoming atmosphere that felt like home.

However, the checkout experience was quite stressful. Frequent billing confusion left me feeling frustrated, especially when we were rushed to catch our flight. They need to streamline their payment processes.

Ayo, my stay was like wooooow! Room had a mad view of Tokyo Skytree, made the whole vibe unforgettable. They surprised us with some dope Sakura cake and rose wine! Check-in staff was really nice too, all smiles. I’ll definitely remember that experience. Breakfast? Straight fire! Really set the tone for the day. Signing up for a massage? Worth every penny.

Dined at the Michelin-starred restaurant, where each dish was a feast for the eyes and palate. The view of the Imperial Palace gardens from my room was breathtaking, enhancing the luxury experience.

Staying at the Mandarin Grand Twin Room was a dream! We woke up to breathtaking views of Mount Fuji, and the comfort of the pillows made it hard to get out of bed. The relaxing ambiance and delicious room-service breakfast left us wanting to extend our stay indefinitely!

the views from my room were simply breathtaking, waking up to tokyo skytree was amazeing. the check-in process was a bit confusing as the lobby was on the 38th floor, but staff was friendly and helpful.
