I had a long flight and arrived at Marunouchi Hotel at 7:30am, hoping to get some rest. Unfortunately, I had to wait until 3pm to check-in. However, once I got to my room, I was impressed with its cleanliness and comfort. The direct access to the Tokyo Station basement level was a huge convenience, especially in the cold weather. Despite the late check-in, I found the staff to be excellent and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for its location and comfortable rooms.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent and the room was cleverly designed with no lack of space. The location, right across from Tokyo Station, was fantastic and the staff treated me like royalty.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being situated close to the train station and major business districts. This made it very convenient for exploring the city and getting around. the staff at the hotel were very attentive and helpful, providing excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast provided was top-notch, offering a choice between Japanese or French/international dishes.

One disappointment was the poor customer service in terms of billing. the hotel did not inform us in advance about the amount that would be charged to our credit card ahead of time, which was significantly higher than the price we had agreed upon for our stay.

Room service and on-site massage service available. Good dining options nearby. Nice design and atrium in hotel. Nice view from room. Quiet. Close to Imperial Palace park. Would choose again.

The hotel's location close to Tokyo station is excellent, making it convenient for transportation. It was a breeze to catch the Narita express or the trains to Haneda from this hotel. The hotel is adjacent to Tokyo station, making it easy to navigate through this city. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful.

I stayed at Marunouchi Hotel twice during my trip to Tokyo. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Tokyo Station with a nice view of the surroundings. The underground passageway connecting the hotel to the station made it extremely convenient for commuting and shopping. The facilities were spacious and clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I also loved the connection to the shopping mall, which had the biggest book store with a large collection of English books. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.

Best aspects about my stay were the spacious and clean rooms with beautiful city views and the efficient housekeeping staff. the rooms were large and well-maintained, offering a mesmerizing view of the city lights at night. It was truly a delight to come back to a well-made up room even during a quick break in the afternoon. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to the main train station made it extremely convenient for commuting and exploring the city.

Worst aspects of my stay were the noise from the train station that could be heard in the room overlooking it. As a light sleeper, it was a little bothersome, although the absence of trains in the middle of the night provided some respite.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel conveniently located near Tokyo Station. It was a breeze getting around, whether connecting underground or taking the Shinkansen. The reception and lobby were stunning, and staff offered excellent service. Despite the minor annoyance of the elevator key card system, we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and clean facilities. The highlight was the helpful staff who went above and beyond to recover a lost passport. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and high-quality experience.

We had a fantastic stay at a high-quality hotel in a perfect location. The proximity to Marunouchi and walking distance to interesting places and good restaurants was a huge plus. We loved that we could access many shops and restaurants directly from the hotel's basement, without having to go out in the cold. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient, going above and beyond to assist us. The room was surprisingly spacious by Japanese standards, adding to our overall comfort and enjoyment.
