The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk to Matsumoto Castle and conveniently close to the rail station. The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They even went out of their way to return our lost seat reservation tickets. The rooms at this hotel are spacious, immaculately clean, and offer a peaceful atmosphere, making it a refreshing change from typical city hotels. We were delighted to find that our room had a lovely view over the castle, adding an extra touch of charm to our stay.

I keep returning to a charming hotel. Staff once found my lost car keys. It offers all I need: Free Wi-Fi, 24hr reception, massage, restaurant, flat-screen TV, lift. Perfect fit. Back for New Year.

The staff, from the chambermaids to the reception team, were incredibly professional and accommodating. the room was beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices at a very fair price. Dining in the old banking hall was truly a magnificent experience.

If there was one thing that could be improved, it would be to have additional signage with lighting along the main road, especially for guests arriving at night. While Google Maps was helpful, a more prominent sign would make it easier for guests to locate the hotel in the dark.

Nothing could have been better.

We stayed on the 8th floor and had stunning views of the castle and mountains. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the castle and frog street. The hotel had a beautiful ballroom for breakfast with excellent furnishings, high ceiling, and large tables. The service was efficient and friendly. The bathroom was exquisite and very spacious.

The bed was too soft and lacked back support.

I had the best nights sleep of my entire Japan trip at this hotel. The room was modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The staff were super understanding and helpful, especially Mr. Kamijo. The location was perfect, with Matsumoto Castle just around the corner. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel. it was a great stay.
