The entrance could be misleading. it looks a bit shabby from the outside, which might throw you off when you first arrive. The corridors have a musty odor, and some rooms can be cramped, such as the Standard Double Room, which might not be the most comfortable for everyone. Additionally, dining options within the hotel can be limited, especially since one restaurant may be closed, forcing you to look for alternatives nearby.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the castle. Our room was clean and comfortable, with great mountain views. The staff were very helpful and provided a map of local attractions, making our stay more enjoyable.

There were significant issues with no dining options available when one restaurant was closed for a wedding, forcing guests to seek food elsewhere in the area. Additionally, the ac struggled in hot weather, leaving the room uncomfortably warm despite attempts to cool it down. Lastly, the entrance is tucked away on a side street without clear signage on the main road, making it a bit tricky to find initially.

The room was spacious! Big enough for two adults and the four-star vibe really showed with the elegant ballroom having high ceilings and lavish furnishings. Breakfast was a feast, crazy array of options! 🍳

Check this out, the hotel staff went above and beyond for me! ! I fumbled my way through Japanese at check-in, but the dude at the desk gave me a colored print-out map of nearby restaurants after I mentioned I was looking for food. It was like he knew I was clueless and didn’t want to leave my room! And breakfast was massive — like, I felt like a king in that big ballroom with endless options. I was almost sad to leave!

Wasn’t exactly cheap, but man, that service made it worth it.
