During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the modern feel with no carpeting. the location was convenient and easy to find, adding to the overall positive experience. the friendly staff, offering clear communication, made the stay pleasant and welcoming.

One downside was the delayed check-in process, taking an extra 10 minutes late at night. Another issue was the inability to turn off the bathroom light on a sensor during the night.

Avid in town: Modern, no carpets, delicious breakfast with coffee, yogurt, fruit, and sandwiches. Exceptional cleaning staff and friendly service. Convenient location, clean rooms, no unpleasant odors.

Snow not cleared. Handicapped parking blocked.

I stayed at Avid in Roseville for business for three nights. the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. the room had a convenient fridge and USB ports in the electric plugs. the bed was comfortable, and the wide exit stairways were reassuring. the cleaning staff was exceptional, and the assistant manager and overnight staff were outstanding. Overall, a great stay.

Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

I always return to my favorite spot where staff found my lost ID. It fits my needs with Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24hr reception, & Gym. No pets or smoke make it exceptional. I'm back every weekend for relaxation.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked. However, the lack of a coffeemaker and microwave in the room was a downside. We experienced the frustration of trying to escape snow-trapped cars in the handicapped parking area, but overall, our stay at Avid was enjoyable. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
