It was just a solid selection for a city break in Tokyo with great value for money. The lobby is gorgeous, and I enjoyed relaxing there after a long day. Make sure to check if the restaurant and bar are open during your stay, as they were often closed when I was there.

Location is on point! Right in the heart of Ginza, you can hit all the shops and eateries. And the subway is just a short walk, so easy to get around. Also, the staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we needed—like sorting a cot for the baby, which was a lifesaver!

Rooms are a bit cramped for my liking, especially with a cot in there. Just something to keep in mind if you're travelling with kids.

Additionally, while the sofa bed in the family room was good for adults, it was pretty hard for the kids, leading to some complaints from them.

Spacious room, chic lobby, complete with a mini bar stocked with complimentary drinks, and conveniently located just an elevator ride away from the Ginza-Itchome station, making it easy to navigate the city and enjoy nearby attractions.

I had a fantastic stay! The spacious ensuite bathroom was a highlight. We got complimentary drinks as a welcome gift. Just beware—our room was definitely smaller than expected. I'm definitely returning!

The Superior Twin Room was cozy despite being small, which was kinda expected. We had two connecting rooms as a family, and the layout worked really well for us. Just wish there were more outlets near the beds for charging. The bathroom had solid pressure in the shower, which was a nice touch. The dark decor felt good during hot weather, but might be too much in winter. Location in Ginza was the best part—so easy to explore shops and grab food nearby!

Had a really nice surprise when we got to our room it was surprisingly spacious for Japan and had a nice fridge to keep our drinks cool. The location was just perfect too with tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance what made it easy to explore.

It wasn't the cheapest option out there but I think it still offered good value for what you got.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and the cozy bar/lounge area. The staff even helped me find a car service during my first stay. Highly recommend it for business trips! I'm coming back for a romantic escape.
