Comfortable and cozy room with a super comfy bed and a variety of pillow options to choose from. The bathroom was well-equipped with a tub and complete room facilities. The hotel is located in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The tram station is within walking distance, providing easy access to the city center. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

During my xmas stay, the hotel offered an excellent breakfast and provided a professional staff who were friendly and helpful with any queries. the hotel was also in a great location, conveniently situated across the road from a bus station and a two-minute walk to the train station. Another advantage of the hotel was that it was situated in a quiet area, which allowed for a peaceful restful stay.

One of the downsides of my stay at the hotel was a change in our room to a smaller room during our four-day break. Though I complained to the front desk, I was told the room was the same.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a big flat screen TV with a USB port, perfect for watching our favorite shows. The shower was great and we loved the high-quality shampoo provided. The room was cleaned every day and we appreciated the office desk for some work. Having a fridge in the room was also a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle of water and tea and coffee in the room. The front desk personnel were kind and helpful.
