I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Ikebukuro station which connects to JR lines and the metro, making traveling around the city a breeze. the hotel was a complete letdown, the bathroom had a terrible odor and the towels reeked of chemicals. I expected to be treated like royalty, but instead was just a regular guest. There was no welcome gift or upgrade, so it’s clear they don't value all customers equally. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
