The fitness facility does not allow children under a certain age to swim in the pool, which can be disappointing for families with young kids who enjoy swimming.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was just perfect, being conveniently located near the train station. It was so easy to explore the city as the major JR train station was right across the train tracks. The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Ikebukuro but within just 2 minutes walking distance from the metro Ikebukuro. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even assisted us in making a reservation. The room itself was well-appointed and everything worked perfectly. It was equipped with all the amenities we needed, including heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The free WiFi in the room was also a great addition. the location and service provided were top-notch.

The hotel is in a great location, close to public transport and lots of restaurants and shops. The shuttle bus from the airport was convenient and well-organized. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. We also enjoyed the view from our room, it was breathtaking.

The elevators were being renovated during our stay, which sometimes led to long waiting times and crowded elevators. some of the staff members seemed impatient and not very friendly, which was off-putting.

The rooms are well-appointed with all necessary amenities, and the bathrooms are kept meticulously clean with plenty of toiletries. The staff is warm, efficient, and ever-eager to serve, making you feel like the most important guest. The breakfast spread is fabulous, with live counters and a variety of options. The view of Mount Fuji from some rooms adds an extra touch of beauty to your stay.
