The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. When our friend, who is deaf, needed a ride home in the snow, the staff arranged for their shuttle to take her safely. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the rooms were spacious with great amenities like a full refrigerator and stove. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel offers a great breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to restaurants and shops. Another advantage is that the hotel provides free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. The carpets in the room were stained and dirty, and the elevator seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.

The location was convenient for us. We were close to the outdoor outlet, the grocery store, and the Mall of America. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The pool was a nice facility for the kids to enjoy.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our needs as it was close to the event we were attending and near the Mall of America. We also appreciated how close it was to everything that we needed, including grocery stores and restaurants. The hotel facilities were very nice, especially the pool and hot tub, which were clean and had special hours for adults. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet, allowing us to have a restful sleep. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always greeting us with a good morning and going above and beyond to accommodate our wishes. The breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of variety and hot options available.

Nothing it is perfect.

We stayed at Grandstay for a soccer tournament and loved the great location close to restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions. The breakfast had good variety and was consistently replenished. The staff, especially Dominic at the front desk, was helpful and polite. Our cozy room with a separate bedroom was outdated but comfortable. The full kitchen, including dishes and cookware, was a bonus. Despite renovations happening, it was a quiet stay with a great rate compared to others.

Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was really affordable and great value for money for what I got. It was so convenient for me with its location, close to everything I needed - outdoor outlets, grocery stores, and Mall of America. The rooms were great too, I loved having a separate bedroom with a kitchenette and sleeper sofa. Plus, the staff was so helpful and friendly which made my stay even better.

The cleanliness could have been better, as there was garbage under the bed and the pull-out sofa mattress was unusable. there was very little storage for long stays.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and much better than a basic hotel room at the same price. The location was perfect for me as it was in a safe neighborhood and close to plenty of food options. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly pleasant and always met all of my requests. I have stayed here multiple times over the last couple of months and I have never been disappointed. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the parking was convenient. Moreover, the hotel was located near a grocery store, which was very convenient for me as I needed to pick up some essentials. Also, the hotel was close to the event I was attending, as well as the famous Mall of America. The complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and the staff always made sure it was well-stocked.

Plus, the rates were reasonable, especially if you were staying for a week or longer. a comfortable and convivial place to stay.

The bed was so comfortable and provided the best sleep I've had in a hotel. We had an issue with the TV, but the maintenance staff was quick to fix it. a great stay.
