My stay at Hotel Metropolitan Sendai was frustrating. The staff seemed indifferent and I encountered issues with my room. the furniture layout was awkward, making it difficult to place my luggage comfortably. Additionally, I found the room itself to be slightly musty and in need of a refresh, which was disappointing considering the price I paid.
