We recently stayed at a hotel in Brussels and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the central station and just a short walk to the Grande Place and other sights. The rooms were functional and clean, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The improved wifi connection was definitely a plus. The staff were friendly and polite, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would highly recommend the hotel to others looking for good value and a convenient location in Brussels.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the central train station. This makes it convenient for exploring nearby cities like Ghent and Leuven. it is within close proximity to another NH hotel and the grand palace.

We had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located hotel in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view from our window, overlooking the bustling square.

The location is excellent, just minutes away from the railway and metro and the Grand Place. Extremely convenient. The waffle iron for breakfast is a nice touch. The Junior Suite was spacious and well-equipped, with separate bathtub and shower, two toilets, and two TVs. The breakfast time is generous, with extended hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The staff is efficient and the check-in and check-out process is fast. The team members, Laura and Florin, went above and beyond to make our stay special and provided excellent service. The view from the room of the lit-up Grand Palace at night was stunning.

Felt like visiting family, no reason to complain.

A pleasant surprise at Nh Brussels Carrefour De L'Europe. Room had a great city view and the staff, especially Mr. Florin at reception, were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and the innovative drink voucher system was a nice touch. I'll recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located right in the heart of the city and just a few hundred meters from the central station, making it a convenient place to stay. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, electric kettle, free toiletries, and flat-screen TV. You could request a room with a view of the city and they would entertain you. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, offering a free welcome drink upon arrival. They also provided prompt and efficient room service. Additionally, the facilities including the jacuzzi were perfect for leisurely purposes.

The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food which satisfied our morning hunger. The close location to the train station was really convenient, especially when coming from the airport. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The lack of a bar onsite made it difficult to enjoy a nightcap at the hotel after a long day exploring the city. The room we were in was quite noisy, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Pro: I recently stayed at a hotel in the centre of the old town, which offered a lively atmosphere. Despite this, my room facing the main square was surprisingly quiet, even with the windows shut. The air conditioning provided added comfort to my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location could not be more central, with the train station and grande place just a short walk away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, responding immediately to any requests we had. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and a sitting area. We especially loved the terrace, where we could enjoy a drink while taking in the city views.

That it could get quite noisy at times, with the Christmas shops and performers outside our window. However, this did not detract from our overall experience.
