The hotel is conveniently located with excellent bus links to the Hirafu welcome center and the United bus that goes to the Hirafu intersection. There is also a car park available for those who prefer to drive. The hotel and facilities are new and clean, with friendly staff. The breakfast offers a variety of Japanese and Western options, and there is a convenience store in the building for additional snacks.

We had such a romantic escape in the snowy paradise! We loved the fantastic location and easy access to the ski resorts with free shuttle buses. the bilingual staff made everything effortless with the check-in and check-out process. We particularly enjoyed the facilities, including the modern heater/clothes rack which kept our skiwear dry, and the convenience of having a convenience store close by.

While we had a great time, we did encounter some downsides. Unfortunately, the cleanliness could have been better, as we found some hidden spots with obvious rubbish left behind.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location, although a bit far from Hirafu, is conveniently close to the Hirafu welcome center, making it easy to access restaurants and supermarkets in the Niseko area. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained. I especially appreciated the kitchen with all its accessories, making it convenient for us to cook and have dinner on our own.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we had no complaints.

Our stay at Midtown was comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. The manager, Mr. Brian, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the snow resort and a convenient shuttle service. The common areas were spacious and well-designed, and there was a laundry room available for use. I highly recommend staying at Midtown for a wonderful experience and good hospitality.

The cleanliness in some hidden spots could be improved, such as under the bed and in the bath cabinet. Additionally, it would be convenient to have a shuttle service available for guests, especially during early mornings or late evenings.
