I had the best experience ever at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. the owner/manager, Henrietta , and the staff were incredibly kind and sweet. They allowed us to check in early and even offered us a cappuccino while we waited. Victor, in particular, made our stay delightful. the room we stayed in was perfect - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. the location was also great, just a 5-minute walk to the historic center and port. the hotel also provided fast and stable wifi, which was a plus. I felt like part of their family and I wish I could have stayed longer.

Reasonably priced with secure parking.

The air-conditioning was not functioning properly and the hot water took a long time to reach the shower, resulting in some guests having to take cold showers. the hotel did not have an elevator, which may be problematic for guests with mobility issues.

Stayed at a lovely little hotel with five spacious and clean rooms. the staff at La Formica were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early after a long flight. the location was convenient, just a short walk to the historic center and port. the breakfast provided was sufficient, with a variety of options to choose from. there was free parking available, a great perk. it was a great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

our honeymoon in civitavecchia exceeded our expectations and La Formica was a delightful surprise. the spacious room, cleanliness, and friendly staff made our stay memorable. the huge terrace added a special touch to our experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was huge with a private bathroom, and everything was super clean and new. The double bed was comfortable, and there was a nice large closet and a desk with a coffee machine. We loved that our room had a big terrace as well. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they allowed us to check in early, which was much appreciated after a long flight. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and port. We also had free parking, which was convenient. The breakfast included in the price was very nice, with plenty of options like toast, croissant, cheese and ham, yoghurt, granola. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, location near the port, and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.
