Minn Shin-Osaka is my go-to spot in Osaka. Staff once helped me find a better taxi. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, TV room, Air conditioning - all I need! I'll be back for Christmas.

Loved staying at this hotel near the train station. the room felt like a cozy apartment with a kitchen, laundry, and tatami floor, which made it feel like a home away from home.

The check-in process could be a bit smoother. It felt a bit inconvenient to have to pay separately upon arrival and go through a questionnaire before getting the room key.

clean and comfy room near shin-osaka station. easy access to eateries and convenience stores. enjoyed using the washing machine with provided detergent. loved the ventilated toilet and warm air circulation for drying clothes. family mart nearby for breakfast runs.

The location was super convenient, just a quick 5, minute walk to the JR station. the room layout was perfect for our family of three, with a separate toilet from the bathroom , a huge plus! I also appreciated the small kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare breakfast before heading out for sightseeing.

There were some letdowns during our stay. the lack of staff on, site made it difficult to address any concerns or get immediate assistance.

we had an amazing experience at Minn Shin-Osaka. the room was spacious, well laid out for our family of three. the separate toilet and bathroom were a great touch. we loved the small kitchenette that allowed us to prepare breakfast. the staff was accommodating via the tablet screen at reception. the proximity to Shin Osaka station was so convenient.
