we had a wonderful 5, night stay at kaya palazzo, a fantastic water front property with luxurious en, suite bedrooms, first. the breakfast buffet was a standout, and the beach access and spacious gym were enjoyable amenities. cleanliness was top, notch, and we highly recommend this affordable luxury hotel for a 5, star experience at a 3, star price. cons: nothing at all 😊.

The breakfast variety and quality at Kaya Palazzo Resort & Casino in Kyrenia were impressive, and the staff was exceptional, always ready to assist. the hotel's fantastic value for a 5-star experience at 3-star prices made our stay enjoyable. the facilities like the spa and beach access added to our relaxation, while nearby landmarks such as St Andrew's Church and the Ancient Shipwreck Museum enriched our family bonding experiences.

the property is spotless and right by the sea. the staff are attentive and helpful. loved the breakfast buffet and the "kebab" restaurant. the gym and spa are top-notch. received a generous late checkout until 5pm.

The staff's level of English comprehension needs improvement, leading to communication issues. Soundproofing is also not great, which may cause disturbance during sleep.

I had an amazing time staying at a beachfront resort in Northern Cyprus. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The rooms were luxurious and spacious, with en-suite bathrooms that were clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was friendly and accommodating, despite some language barriers. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The resort also had fantastic facilities, such as a well-equipped gym and a private beach access.

The lingering smell of cigarette smoke throughout the resort, as smoking was permitted in certain areas, including the casino.

Fabulous facilities, free jacuzzi, sauna, steam rooms. Strong internet. Private beach access. Great Turkish cuisine. Commendable buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing spa with wide range of treatments.
