Minn Shin-Osaka is my go-to spot in Osaka. Staff once helped me find a better taxi. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, TV room, Air conditioning - all I need! I'll be back for Christmas.

Loved staying at this hotel near the train station. the room felt like a cozy apartment with a kitchen, laundry, and tatami floor, which made it feel like a home away from home.

The check-in process could be a bit smoother. It felt a bit inconvenient to have to pay separately upon arrival and go through a questionnaire before getting the room key.

The location was super convenient, just a quick 5-minute walk to the JR station. the room layout was perfect for our family of three, with a separate toilet from the bathroom - a huge plus! I also appreciated the small kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare breakfast before heading out for sightseeing.

There were some letdowns during our stay. the lack of staff on-site made it difficult to address any concerns or get immediate assistance.
