I had a great stay at this hotel in Chiba. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and a supermarket, making it convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious unit bathroom and a good bed. Plus, having breakfast included was a nice bonus.

No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

Spent my New Year here and I loved it! The breakfast variety was amazing, with both local and international options. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which made it easy for me to explore nearby attractions. I also enjoyed the free WiFi, which had great connectivity throughout my stay.

The walls were not soundproof, and I could hear noises from the hallways and neighboring rooms. the rooms were quite small, making it difficult to move around with large suitcases.
