We had a great time at this hotel during our recent visit to Veracruz. The location was perfect for us, allowing us to easily explore the area. The hotel was extremely clean, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. We were lucky enough to stay on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the city. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the sea view. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my 8-night stay, I found Balaju Hotel & Suites to be a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The spacious room with a desk and seating area was perfect for my needs. I particularly appreciated the coffee machine and the complimentary bottles of water provided daily. The staff was incredibly kind, and the waitresses provided excellent service. The hotel's swimming pool and its beautiful sea view were also major highlights. Lastly, the hotel's location couldn't have been better.

Lovely hotel!

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel for four nights and it was absolutely lovely. The king size bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and the room itself was immaculate and well-equipped with amenities like a hairdryer, iron, and safe. Each day, the maid left delightful "toilet paper" art that brought a smile to my face. The staff at the hotel were incredibly pleasant and helpful, and I enjoyed delicious breakfasts at the restaurant every morning. The Huevos a la Veracruzana were a definite favorite of mine. The hotel also offered a nice view of the ocean from my balcony, and it was pleasantly quiet for a good night's sleep.
