I had an enjoyable stay with friendly staff, convenient subway access, beautiful onsen, and impressive breakfast variety. The location made it easy to visit the nearby park with nice restaurants and bakeries as well as to reach Fukuoka airport. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

Despite being in a lively area, it surprisingly stays quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff is incredibly helpful, especially the front desk clerk who assisted us upon late arrival. She spoke English and efficiently checked us in, ensuring a smooth process. The on-site public bath on the top floor is a highlight, maintained well and offering a relaxing retreat. Additionally, the availability of a coin-operated laundry room and dryer is a convenient feature. The buffet breakfast provided a wide selection of delicious food, and the service from the breakfast staff was exceptional.

The hotel had a convenient and central location with easy access to public transportation. the breakfast served was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel ambiance was great with a lovely fragrance and relaxing communal bath on the top floor to unwind.

The hotel seemed to cater mainly to domestic tourists, which made communication difficult as the staff had limited English fluency. the hotel did not restock the tea, coffee or water in the room which made it inconvenient to start the day.

The rooftop onsen and pool are great facilities to relax and enjoy the view. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a modern design, and the automatic check-in process makes check-in/out quick and easy.
