The rooms were beautifully finished, with similar breathtaking views. The hotel's location in the heart of the Ginza district made it the perfect base for exploring the city, with several subway and train stations within a short walk. The staff were excellent, always going above and beyond to assist us.

I had a superb stay at the Mitsui Garden Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the city. Despite language barriers, the staff provided extraordinary customer service and went above and beyond to assist me. The complimentary daily toiletries and water were a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, modern ambiance, and affordability.

The only drawback I experienced was the small size of the rooms, which is typical for Japan. Additionally, the hotel lacked facilities such as gyms and baths.
