The staff were exceptional, especially the lady at the front desk who promptly helped me fix my wifi issue. They were friendly, spoke English, and even assisted with shipping my suitcase. The staff was friendly and accommodating, leaving a thoughtful bag of towels and toiletries when they couldn't service my room. The rooms were soundproofed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. it was a great choice.

As a tourist in Tokyo for a week, Mitsui Garden Hotel was the perfect choice for our stay. The hotel is only a year old and it shows - everything is fresh, tidy, and modern. Located in the convenient area of Kyobashi, we were able to easily explore iconic spots like Nissan crossing and the fish market, both within a 15-minute stroll. Getting to and from Haneda airport was a breeze with a direct 30-minute train ride. The central location allowed us easy access to Tokyo station, Ginza, and other attractions. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and equipped coin-operated washing/dry machines made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt safe and comfortable walking around the streets at night.
