i almost wanted to give a good review but couldn’t. the staff ignored me while i waited for hours without a glass of water, and the tv had barely any english channels! really unthoughtful for a hotel at this level. also, i expected a thank-you gesture for putting up with this fiasco. grewt location but truly disappointing overall.

Location is super clutch, just a short walk from Tokyo Station. Lekker room with good light and comfortable beds. Chommies at reception were really helpful, even sorted early check-in for us. Love that there's a laundry room, makes life so much easier while traveling!
