The hotel is located at an amazingly convenient location yet it was very quiet. The staff members were efficient and friendly. My room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. I was also delighted to find a beautiful public onsen within the hotel, offering a unique and rejuvenating experience. I highly recommend Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Kawaramachi Jokyoji for a memorable stay in Kyoto.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It's perfectly located right in the heart of everything, close to the main shopping area and within walking distance to all the major attractions. Despite being in such a central location, the hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends without hesitation.

The hotel is located in the center of everything, close to the main shopping area and the gorgeous Gion area. It is just a short walk to major sightseeing spots like Yasaka Shrine and Chion-in. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and the communication in English is excellent. The hotel rates are very reasonable and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hotel does not have a coin laundry on premises.

I recently stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel in Kyoto for a few nights. This hotel is perfectly located for exploring the city. It's within walking distance or a short bus ride from all the attractions we wanted to visit, including Kiyomizu dera. The room was beautifully decorated in modern Japanese style and the beds were super comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the price was reasonable. We will definitely be returning.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good Location, Clean Rooms, and Nice Spa

The hotel's location was very convenient; it was close to a lot of shops and restaurants, as well as tourist attractions. The spa area was very chic, and we loved the relaxed ambiance and cleanliness of the place. We also enjoyed the room, which was modern and clean.

the staff appeared to be too busy and stressed out. Our simple requests went unanswered, and they were not able to offer us assistance when we needed it.

Conveniently located with a peaceful atmosphere. Friendly staff and spacious, comfortable rooms. Separate toilet and shower room. Netflix can be streamed on the TV. Nice traditional breakfast.
