Our stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel was fantastic! Great value for money with a beautiful room and amazing amenities. The location was interesting, lively, and offered a lovely view of Tokyo Tower. The staff were exceptional, polite, and very helpful. We loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay by 2 nights and will definitely be back again!

the room was spacious, furnished with high-end facilities, and with a stunning view of the city skyline. the service staff were accommodating and helpful, providing me with everything I needed during my stay. the private facilities were also impressive, with a spa and wellness center that offered a range of treatments and relaxation options.

There was a minor issue with the restaurant. Although the food was delicious and the service was impeccable, the menu was limited in terms of dietary requirements.

We had a memorable thanksgiving vacation here. the welcoming staff is definitely a plus. They were always there to help and accommodate our needs. the location is perfect as it is near several metro lines and restaurants which made exploring the city more enjoyable. One more advantage we enjoyed was the complimentary breakfast and wifi access.

We did have some disappointments. the gym and room size were not ideal for the amount we paid.

There were also several restaurants around the hotel which gave me a lot of options. The service was really good, and the housekeeping kept my room clean, which I appreciated. There were great amenities in the room including ironing facilities, air conditioning, flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during my stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and I had no trouble staying in touch with my friends and family. Would definitely recommend this place for a luxurious stay!

The hotel had a great location, close to nightlife areas and with easy access to popular neighborhoods like Shinjuku and Shibuya. the room was impressively clean and the furniture was nice, creating a cozy and comfortable ambiance. - the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease during our romantic escape.

The room we stayed in on our second visit had a disappointing view of a block wall, which was not what we were hoping for in a romantic getaway. Some rooms had unusual layouts, making it challenging to find space for our luggage.
