We loved the friendly staff, great location near the main plaza, and the charming courtyard for breakfast. The rooms were clean, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. The hotel is close to the best attractions and restaurants in the historic center of the city.

It felt like a home away from home, with exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

We loved the charming atmosphere and relaxing courtyard of this boutique hotel. The zen music playing throughout created a peaceful environment. The renovated rooms with old stone masonry were comfortable, and the big comfy bed was a plus. The breakfast options, including the delicious porridge, were great. The location near the historic center and top attractions made it convenient for exploring the city.

Felt like a home away from home, with nothing to complain about.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff at Casa Cristobal were very attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From delivering tea to our door upon our late arrival to providing helpful information for our early morning trek, their hospitality was exceptional. The rooms were well-decorated, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We also loved the interesting photos on the walls and the breathtaking views of the mountains. The hotel's downtown location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the great restaurants in the area. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the city.

Perfect location, walking distance to Plaza de Armas and other attractions. Great restaurants nearby. Beautiful courtyard for breakfast. Attentive staff, provided supplemental oxygen when needed. Can't wait to return after Machu Picchu!
