As youngsters, we loved the spacious mountain view room with a separate bedroom, huge bed, and 50" TV. The barkeeper provided a small water carafe for our whiskey without even asking, which was exceptional. The onsen with its breathtaking views of the harbor was a highlight, and the free umbrellas came in handy. The in-house bakery offered delicious and affordable baked goods. the hotel provided the nicest hotel experience we've had in Japan.

Loved the tatami mat flooring in the panoramic bath, perfect for gazing at Miyajima's stunning sunset. The delicious cuisine by chef Okuda and head chef Kobayashi was a delightful collaboration. Convenient location for sightseeing and a well-stocked bar with recommended Japanese whiskies. Refreshing interior design captures the pleasant sea breeze.

The hotel offered a beautiful ocean view from our upgraded room. the buffet dinner included in our stay had tasty food with the added bonus of free alcoholic beverages. the breakfast buffet the next morning had a wide variety of delicious Japanese and American options.

The hotel staff had difficulty communicating in English, which made it a bit challenging to fully understand the facilities and services. Additionally, the location, although convenient for accessing the ferry terminal, may not be as close to the shrine and park areas, especially on rainy days.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the wonderful island of Miyajima. The location couldn't be better - directly across the street from the ferry landing. It made it so easy to hop on and off the ferry, and explore the beautiful island. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable lounge area for guests and a hot springs spa on the fifth floor with a stunning outdoor view. The staff were courteous and efficient, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel on Miyajima. The location couldn't be better as it is directly opposite the ferry terminal, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the beautiful island. The hotel is conveniently located just a stone's throw from the ferry landing and the shopping area. the staff in the restaurant were excellent with our kids. We were given many coupons, free samples, and complementary drinks in the reading lounge; that was a nice surprise. the hotel is very family-friendly and the breakfast and buffet dinner had many options for both adults and children.

The room was slightly small, which made it a bit cramped, but the lounge area on the ground floor made up for it. the meals were adequate, but not as fantastic as expected.
