Great location with easy walking distance to attractions. I was pleasantly surprised when I received an upgrade upon arrival, along with access to the Club Lounge. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. I had a wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza and would highly recommend it.

The hotel's location in a very lively area was perfect for exploring the city. It was close to three stations, making it very easy to get around by public transport. Additionally, it was easy to reach the hotel from the main station with Bus M41. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous with a huge choice and no stress with the closing time of the buffet.

The highlight of my stay at Crowne Plaza Berlin - Potsdamer Platz was definitely the shower. It had a huge dinner plate-sized showerhead, and it was the best shower I have ever had. The water pressure was perfect, and it was a refreshing way to start and end my day. The room itself was also spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and major attractions like Potsdamer Platz and Brandenburg Gate. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area, with the tube station just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern facilities and a lovely view of a small park. The service was impeccable, from the friendly staff who kindly upgraded us and allowed a late check-out, to the excellent room service and housekeeping. The hotel also had great amenities, including a spa and wellness center, sauna, and fitness studio.
