The location was fantastic for accessing different neighborhoods in Tokyo and the train stations. I really appreciated the complementary beverages and snacks offered in the lobby from 5pm to 10pm. Additionally, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had both a shower and a small bath. I would recommend this hotel for future stays.

We had a fantastic stay at Miyako City Tokyo Takanawa. the staff, especially Mr Itani at the front desk, were friendly and courteous. the room, though small as expected for a budget hotel, was comfortable and clean. the bathroom design was excellent, with big glass partitions that created a sense of spaciousness. We also appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the nice amenities. the bar attendant was kind and accommodating, even when the bar was closed. we had a restful stay and expressed our satisfaction upon checkout.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location near Shinagawa Station made it incredibly convenient for transportation within the city and to both Narita and Haneda Airports. The hotel is also very close to a big JR station, allowing easy access to different neighborhoods in Tokyo. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with impeccably clean rooms and a spacious shower room. The hotel facilities were great, including a free snack and drink bar in the lobby. The staff at the hotel were friendly and courteous, offering excellent service throughout our stay.

I had a great stay here! The location was perfect as I could easily reach any main attractions from the metro station nearby. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and I loved the welcome drink they offered. The soundproofed rooms were very quiet and comfortable, making my stay even better. Plus, the free wi-fi in rooms was a great bonus as I could easily work from my laptop.

The hotel had a fantastic room with a king-size bed and a beautifully designed bathroom that created a sense of spaciousness. The staff, particularly Mr. Itani at the front desk, were friendly and courteous. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance of Shinagawa Station and directly across from the new Takanawa Gateway Station. They also provided complimentary water bottles and had a bar with a kind and accommodating attendant.

We stayed in a hotel near the train station, which was convenient for us to travel around the city. The room was clean and spacious with a full shower room. The breakfast had many options to choose from. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English.

We were disappointed that the lounge area was not available for guests who had already checked out.

The hotel offered some nice complimentary treats upon check-in which was a nice surprise. the location was great as it was very easy to get to from the airport and close to public transportation. We also enjoyed the spacious rooms which were bigger than expected.

the bedding provided was not suitable for the hot weather and made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. It would have been nice to have the option for different bedding or at least a fan to circulate air in the room.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to train stations and bus stops. It made getting around the city hassle-free. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist with any issues or requests. the rooms were cleaned daily, which was a nice touch.

The room size was extremely small, with very limited space to move around. This could be a problem for guests who are not familiar with the hotel's small room layout.

Staffs were welcoming, rooms were clean and organized, American power outlets available, variety of breakfast choices, conveniently located near train stations and convenient store nearby.

Felt like home, no complaint.
